Hello I'm looking at these 2 hard drives
Western Digital Scorpio Blue 2.5in 500GB SATA 3Gb/s Internal Notebook Hard Drive, 5400RPM, 8MB Cache, Model: WD5000BEVT. OEM
Price 52.99

Samsung Spinpoint M7 2.5in 500GB SATA 3.0Gb/s Internal Notebook Hard Drive, 5400RPM, 8MB Cache, Model: HM500JI. OEM
Price 57.99
Both are at directron.com.

I just want to make sure that I make a good purchase and which one will be a better buy between the 2.

Also Is Paragon Drive Copy™ 10 Personal SE as I have that one installed and going to buy a new hard drive and want to know if this would do a good job at clonning my hard drive.
Thank You

WESTERN DIGITAL WD5000BEVT specifications.

SAMSUNG HM500JI specifications.

You can compare the specifications to each to see the difference. I think the Western Digital harddrive is better when you include all their so called special features, but that the Samsung harddrive might be more quiter. It all comes down to what you think is most important with the harddrive and how it is intended to be used.

Is the Acronis True Image WD Edition a good one as the regular Acronis True Image version.

Or should I just use Paragon Drive Copy™ 10 Personal SE.

thanks.

I used the Acronis True Image WD Edition and worked real good.
Was going to use the Paragon as I got that free on a giveaway but saw that there was a lot of recommendation of the Acronis so I used that one.
